consultants to take responsibility for the
planning, programming of construction activity,
cost and quality control. Our considerations of
the construction methodology, materials and
systems selection and the possible effects to
adjacent properties lead to efficient
development of the construction process.
Management Contracting
At the earliest point, we are appointed as a
member of your management team to be accountable
for on-site handling of the construction process
and, in close liaison with the design
consultants, to ensure project 'buildablilty'.
